Hi there!
Before going to work or after a long working day people like to do some activity for fun that activates their life. Yoga, Gym, Pilates, Zumba and more…….
I would like to propose to you a sport/activity that is physically demanding yet adaptable to everyone’s abilities. At the same time, it is entertaining and highly social.
Ballroom Dance, yes DANCE!!! I can offer both women and men the opportunity to learn sport/activity later in life.
Adults can enjoy several benefits from dancing: fun exercise, weight loss, increased energy, endurance, motivation and challenge.
It’s a perfect combination of physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation.
I would like to offer you 30 min free invitation….There is nothing to loose!
Thank you.
